The mission of Fundación Novaterra is the social and labor integration of individuals through the development of employability, job mediation, job creation, and raising awareness in society about exclusion situations, through advocacy and the proposal of alternatives.
Novaterra supports people who have faced multiple hardships in life and need to secure and maintain employment to regain their footing and live with dignity. Each of these individuals will follow their own Social and Labor Integration Pathway.
A journey🚛 filled with stages where they will pack their backpack with tools: transversal skills, training in in-demand professions, social and communication skills, etc., with the ultimate goal of finding employment. This allows them to regain autonomy and the recognition of their dignity as individuals.
We are proud to contribute our small part to Fundación Novaterra.
