At GRUPO SOR, we would like to express our deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the families and friends of those who have lost their lives in the terrible DANA storm that has devastated parts of our province. We also wish to extend our solidarity and support to all those who have lost their homes, loved ones, or businesses due to the floods.
We appreciate the expressions of affection we have received these days. Our company and the family that SOR workers make up are fortunately well and we have been able to restart production, although with the logical difficulties arising from the impact on the lack of personnel or disruptions to the production and supply chains of some of our suppliers as a consequence of recent meteorological phenomena, especially DANA that has affected our region. As a result, we may experience delays in the delivery of some materials which may impact ours as well.
We are working closely with our suppliers to minimize the impact of this situation and ensure that your units can be activated & dispatched in a timely manner.
We are committed to keeping you informed about the status of your orders and any relevant updates. We appreciate your understanding and patience while we navigate these challenges.
