This strategic acquisition aligns with THE REEFER GROUP’s commitment to strengthening its position in the European market and diversifying its product and service offerings towards lighter vehicles. AUBINEAU Constructeur, recognized for its expertise and innovation, will bring complementary skills and a broader range of solutions to meet the growing needs of temperature-controlled transport customers.

The financial details of the acquisition, which will be finalized in the coming days, have not been disclosed.
