SOR IBÉRICA SA presents its solutions for refrigerated transport again at the IAA – COMMERCIAL VEHICLE SHOW – HANNOVER 2018
SOR IBÉRICA SA, the first Spanish manufacturer of refrigerated vehicles, presented its LINK trailer for 25+25 configurations at the last edition of the main European vehicle trade show – the IAA Hannover.
The Valencian manufacturer presents a tandem of simple wheel and a self-steering axis to improve the turning radius of the units. This aroused greater curiosity among the visitors to the fair and both current and potential customers all over Europe, as well as in Turkey, Australia, North Africa and America. Many of these countries have not yet legislated for this type of vehicle; however, everybody agrees to emphasize the importance of such vehicles for road transport in terms of: fuel economy, versatility in transport, traffic and emissions reduction, in short, contribution to improve social welfare and quality of life.
The SOR stand showed a refrigerated trailer with double floor, multi-temperature and CEIV Pharma Certification for the Italian market.
This certificate is based on the requirements under the European Guidelines on Good Distribution Practice of Medicinal Products for Human Use (2013/C 343/01) of 23 November 2013.
The specifications included have been tested by the competent bodies.
The set consisting of equipment, thermograph and SOR isothermal box, guarantees a low KW coefficient for perfect temperature maintenance.
Marketing manager of the company Raquel Zornoza stated: “We had not been to Hanover as exhibitors for many years 
and the balance turns out to be positive indeed. Europe opened its doors to us back in 1996. It represents a very important market to SOR, mainly because it helps us to learn and develop products and ideas applicable to the Spanish market but also because it guarantees us a forward-looking project. We aim to be the best specialists in customised refrigerated bodies, so it is logical to think that Europe is our natural market.”
